You may have heard from one source or another that my brother Ethan is in an area of Afghanistan with very little water, but lots of fighting. This is very true. Please keep everyone at his camp in your prayers. The young man who was shot in the head, and is now in a coma in Germany, is named Craig; please pray especially for him. We sent several boxes a couple weeks ago with wet wipes, underwear and socks, and hard candy. Ethan said nearly everything was gone in minutes! We are sending more of these items, plus some more requested things, this weekend. If there is anything on this list that you'd like to give for Christmas, call me at 479-601-4640. -Candles, especially holiday scented ones -Febreeze, to help with the no shower thing. -Coffee, they keep ordering it from the Army, but it gets intercepted before it gets to them. Instant is probably better than grounds, but definitely no beans. -Underwear, socks, undershirts -Wet wipes taken care of this time--Thanks, Rockline! -Hard candy and gum, anything that helps with dry mouth. Please, no chocolate, nuts, chips, etc. -Christian music and movies -Letters and cards for soldiers -Calling cards -Money for shipping costs If you or anyone you know us connected to manufacturers, marketers, or sellers of these products, let me know. The more that can be donated (like the wet wipes from Rockline!) the better. We need everything by Sunday so that we can ship it on Monday.
