The power of mail

Our house receives mail for Keith's parents. Some things sent to us are really important, and we forward them on to them. Most of what we get is the generic offers, which we get to. So, about once a month, Charles, Karen, John, Keith, and Adriel will all get a flyer asking us to sign up for _______ service. I just cringe at all the dead trees.

We've devised a new tactic for mail that comes to Keith's mom, though. We tell our daughter that she got some mail. We let her read her name on it and open it up. Then, we throw it away just like we would normally. But this makes her extremely happy.

To bad we don't get junk mail for Laura and David. Ha ha ha.
